💼 What Happens During Collection & Inspection?

Before gold can be refined, it must be collected, verified, and logged with full accuracy. This initial stage ensures transparency, builds customer confidence, and sets the standard for the rest of the process.

Whether you’re a walk-in client, a trader, or a mining partner, your gold is received in a clean, controlled environment. Each item is placed in a labeled container or secure envelope. Our intake process is filmed or done in full view of the client (in person or virtually).

Weighing and Visual Check We use certified digital scales to weigh the raw gold or scrap while you watch. Gold weight is recorded before and after melting for accountability. Items like jewelry, nuggets, or dust are visually inspected for obvious impurities or foreign materials.

In some cases, we perform a quick acid test or XRF scan to estimate the purity before proceeding to melting. This gives clients a rough idea of their metal value. These tests are non-destructive and safe for gold items.

We issue a receipt or intake form with full details: Client name, Weight received, Item description, Date and time. Unique batch or tracking number This document follows your gold throughout the entire refining process.

Until your gold is ready for melting, it is stored in a tamper-evident, locked vault or container with 24/7 surveillance and restricted access.
